The Almendres Cromlech (Portuguese Cromeleque dos Almendres), is the most important prehistoric megalithic monument in the Iberian Peninsula and one of the largest in Europe, both for its size as its condition, is estimated to be about 8000 years old. Is located in Alentejo in the town Nossa Senhora de Guadalupe in the region of Évora (Portugal).
